My name is Jade and I am the Director of Willow Care Services. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I would like to share with you my background. My passion is to deliver high-quality care.
I have over 16 years (and counting..!) of hands-on care experience, with over 10 years of senior management and business management experience within the care sector. For me, there is no other segment I would want to work in.
The care industry is the most rewarding job that there can be. I am given the privilege of getting to know so many wonderful clients and their families and I am given the opportunity to make a difference in their well-being.
I pride myself on ensuring clients are treated with the utmost dignity and respect and that their experience with Willow Care Services is empowering and positive. We are here to help support a person’s independence.
I work with the ethos of treating others how I would want my loved ones to be treated – with care, compassion and empathy. Accepting the reality of needing care can be upsetting and difficult for all involved.

Chris supports our endeavours with various business-related tasks, such as the technical elements and the accounts and invoicing to ensure the service runs smoothly.
Abigail supports us with a range of administrative tasks, including updating care plans, auditing and general compliance and admin-related tasks.
